Calina has a bilingual general civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on corporate commercial litigation. In the course of her civil litigation practice, Calina has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, including the Divisional Court. Calina also has experience representing clients involved in arbitration proceedings and has appeared before numerous administrative tribunals in both official languages.

While attending law school, Calina competed in advocacy competitions and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. During her third year of law school, she spent a semester in Lyon, France. After graduation, she articled and worked as an associate with a national law firm in Ottawa before she left with colleagues to form a boutique now known as Conway Litigation.

In her spare time, Calina is an avid equestrian, enjoys travelling and is a shutterbug who never strays far from her camera.
